Who Makes Potion23 Products? Potion23 products are cut and sewn by Victoria herself, and local stitchers in the greater St. Louis, MO area.

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Ship? All made-to-order items take three weeks to produce before they are shipped. Ready-made items will be shipped next business day.

Can I Pick Up My Purchase Locally in St. Louis? Yes, you can pick up your purchases at our studio by appointment! Drop us a line to set up a pick up time. Fridays and Saturdays between noon and 5 pm are preferred. To keep it 100% covid safe, yea ask that you wear a mask. The POTION23 shop & studio is currently located on Ohio Ave and Cherokee St. in Saint Louis. 

I'm Local, Can I Set Up an In-Person Shopping Appointment? Yes, absolutely! Just send us an email with your availability at potion23design@gmail.com and we'll set something up.  

Item Availability: All items in the shop are available for purchase and some are made-to-order. We feel our clothing should be timeless and seasonless, so all items are available indefinitely until we can no longer source the materials pictured. Even then, we may just re-issue the style in another fabrication. 

Do You Have A Size Chart? Yes. Our sizing runs as follows: 

XXS : B 33 1/2” - W 24 1/2” - H 34 1/2”

XS: B 35” - W 26” - H 36”

S: B 37” - W 28” - H 38”

M: B 39” - W 30” - H 40”

L: B 42” - W 33” - H 43”

XL: B 44” - W 35” - H 45”

To measure: use a tape measure marked in inches and make sure you’re standing straight. To measure your bust - wrap the tape around your chest and over the fullest point of your bust. For waist - measure around your natural waistline, which you can find by bending to one side and finding the crease. For hip - measure around the fullest part of your seat. If you have half measurements, we recommend that you order one size up.

Do You Accept Custom Orders? We are currently accepting custom orders, yes. This can change at any time. All items in our collection can be modified, adjusted and customized. Just send us a detailed description of what you're looking for and we'll set up a consultation. Generally custom pricing is determined by this formula: total price = item price + customization fee.

Can Items be Made To My Specific Measurements? We are not currently equipped for made-to-measure garments. We do recommend ordering one size up if you are uncertain of fit and to bring it to your local tailor. You can often find a good one wherever you bring your (eco) dry cleaning. 

Do You Offer Refunds and Exchanges? All clothing items are made-to-order, which means that we can only replace or refund an item if it arrives damaged and is sent back within seven days of delivery in unworn condition. A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the damaged item and inspect it. We don’t replace sizes or colors so please contact us with any questions or concerns prior to purchasing. We also strongly encourage you to order one size up, then bring it to your local tailor to ensure a perfect fit. Accessories can be sent back in undamaged and unworn condition within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Can You Do A Rush Order? We cannot do any rush orders, but we are happy to expedite shipping for an additional fee. Please contact us for rates. 

Garment Care: Every garment comes with a care label. As a general rule, when a garment label says “Dry Clean Only”, it should be taken seriously. Because most of the fabrics are rayons and blends, we recommend spot cleaning them as needed, and bringing them to your local, eco-friendly dry cleaner. We want to make sure you can cherish your garment for the long haul, so erring on the side of caution is always the best policy when caring for your clothes.
